Q1. What is the material of your Stopple Fitting (Split Tee) ?

 

A1. The material of our Stopple Fitting ( Split Tee) is Q345B or Q345R Carbon Steel as per standard GB/T1591-2008 .

Q345B is the good material which is widely used for pressurized vessel in China .

 

Q2. Why you can't make Stopple Fitting with the material ASTM A694 ?

 

A2. ASTM A694 is the American standard steel which is not widely used in China and the annual usage is very small.

But Q345B Steel is widely used in China for Sandwich Valve, Stopple Fitting and etc and annual usage is big.

So it's impossible for us to purchase this American standard steel to make Stopple Fitting (Split Tee).

 

Q3. What about your product warranty ? Can we return goods to you if we are not satisfied ?

A3. We provide 3 year warranty to our products . Returns will be accepted only if our products proves to be defective.
