Product Positioning and Function

The Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) is specially designed and manufactured for our Hydraulic Hot Tapping Machine and Hydraulic Plugging Machine produced by the company. As the power core, it provides high-pressure hydraulic oil for the actuators to drive them to complete operational actions such as feeding, grinding and core drilling, forward and backward movement.

Core Components

The hydraulic power pack mainly consists of the following core components:

* Power source (electric motor / diesel generator)

* High-pressure piston pump

* Control valve group (directional valve, relief valve, unloading valve)

* Hydraulic oil tank and auxiliary components (oil level gauge, filter, etc.)

* Pipeline system and quick connectors

Electric Motor Power Source

It takes electric energy as input and transmits rotational kinetic energy to the high-pressure piston pump through a coupling. It is suitable for operating scenarios with stable power supply conditions and can achieve continuous and stable power output.

Diesel Generator Power Source

It uses diesel as fuel and drives the generator to output power through an internal combustion engine. It is suitable for field or mobile operation scenarios without external power supply and has independent power supply capability.

Working Principle and System Process

The power source (electric motor / diesel generator) drives the high-pressure piston pump to operate through a coupling; the high-pressure piston pump sucks hydraulic oil from the hydraulic oil tank, pressurizes it, and outputs high-pressure oil; the high-pressure oil flows through the directional valve, relief valve, and unloading valve in sequence through pipelines, and is finally delivered to the hydraulic motor of the actuator (hydraulic hole opener / hydraulic plugging cylinder) through hydraulic oil pipes; after the actuator completes the operation, the oil flows back to the tank through the return pipeline or internal leakage channel, forming a closed-loop circulation system.
